Our School
It has been a 10 year journey to establish our school. In our early days we taught classes at the park before moving to our own facility. We have gone through 6 different locations and over 12 generations of students. We are not the biggest but we are passionate to bring you the best possible training in the art of Muay Thai. Our Kearny Mesa location is close to the 805 and the 163 freeways. We have all the essentials required; one on one Thai pad training with knowledgeable trainers, strength and conditioning coaching as well as proper stretching instruction.
